Production time
Most orders are proofed and printed within a few business days of your approval. We’ll confirm the timeline with you when you place your order — if you have a date you’re working toward, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Shipping
- Standard, expedited, and express options are available at checkout, with the cost shown before you pay.
- Delivery estimates begin once your order has finished printing.
- We currently ship within the United States; contact us for other arrangements.
Full mailing service
Prefer to skip the work? Our mailing service addresses, stuffs, stamps, and mails every envelope from your guest list — so your guests receive their invitations and you never touch a stamp. Postage is billed in addition to the mailing fee.
Proofs & accuracy
Because every invitation is personalized, we proof your order with you before printing. Please review names, dates, spelling, and Hebrew text carefully — approving your proof confirms the order is correct to print.
Returns & refunds
Personalized and printed items are made to order, so they generally cannot be returned or refunded once printed. If something arrives damaged or defective, or there is an error on our part, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right with a reprint or replacement.
